After more than 30 years of growing apples and other fruits, and with our brewing expertise under our belt, the addition of La Cidrerie de Tilly to our small family business was an obvious step.

With the addition of our freshly pressed apple juice at the end of fermentation, this creation quickly became the emblem of our microbrewery and a tribute to our family orchard.

Servi sur notre terrasse extérieure en saison estivale, le Méli-Méla est un cidre pétillant gazéifié issu d’un heureux mélange de pommes de fin de saison. Brut et non-filtré, ce cidre “touski” et sans prétention est parfait en apéro ou encore pour préparer de délicieux cocktails.
